Super friendly staff, the lady was super nice and let us feel the ice before. It was soft as snow and the recommendations of what flavors to get were spot on. Would go here again when I want snow ice with a ton of flavor and a ton of ice cream.

Super tasty! I would have never put ice cream in a snow cone, but it sure works! They have many flavor combos that are delicious.

Absolutely LOVED everything about Pelicans, especially Callie, she was top notch customer service! My nephew and I were visiting from snowy Minnesota and the snoballs reminded up so much of the snow we get in the winter. It was cold and refreshing and we loved the ice cream in it! But A+ for Callie, who immediately replaced my nephews snoball when it got knocked over. Thank you Callie and the gentleman that was working with her!
